In logic the ‘Law of the Excluded Middle’ says a thing either is, or is not; there’s no
middle ground. The Bible says marriage originated with God (Gen. 2:21-24). If it did not, it must have originated with man (there's no third option). If marriage originated with man, where is the historical evidence for it? Trace it back as far as you can, you will not find it (though marriage has been with us always). Therefore, it must have originated with God. As such, it is God, not man, who decides the definition and terms of marriage (one man, one woman, for life - Mat. 19:4-5). The Supreme Court has once again proven itself incompetent and incapable of ruling in such matters. The Supreme Court is not supreme; never has been, never will be. God alone is Supreme, and it is He Who decides what marriage will be. We ignore this at our own peril.
