Kenyon lawyer asking International Court of Justice to annul Jesus' conviction and death sentence by Pontius Pilate, arguing that “judicial misconduct, abuse of office, bias and prejudice” was evident in Jesus' trial.

(Note: Judicial misconduct during Jesus' trial is a fact of history, but not the whole story. Pontius Pilate declared our Savior innocent several times [the only time in history, that we know of, that a person was declared innocent in a court of law, then led away to be beaten and executed]. Jesus' illegal trial and conviction were not so much the machinations of Pilate, but the manipulations of the Jewish religious authorities who apposed Him [See Mat. 26:1-27:26; Mark 14:1-15:15; Luke 22:1-23:25; John 18:1-19:16]. The conviction and crucifixion of our Savior, though trumped-up and bogus, was no mishap of history, it was ordained by the Triune God from the very beginning—"from the foundation of the world” [I Peter 1:18-20]—and was carried out by unwitting, wicked men.
