What The Corporate Media Didn't Tell You:
Israel Helped Create Hamas
According to top Israeli officials, and a few US
media outlets, the Jewish State created Hamas in
1987 as a buffer between Israel and the Palestine
Liberation Organization (PLO). Today's blowback
in Gaza suggests it was a muddle-headed idea,
reminiscent of the Carter Administration's arming
of Afghan Islamists—which later became al Qaeda.
Hamas now swears Israel's destruction.
The American Israel Public Affairs Committee
(AIPAC), the Jewish Anti-Defamation League and
B'nai B'rith are keeping quiet about it. So is Fox
News. Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu
(who has much to gain politically from the carnage)
resounds as he always does: "Israel has a right to defend itself" (i.e., from the enemy it created). Israel does this by bombing hospitals and schools, killing tens of thousands of Palestinian civilians (Jews and Christians, women and children) and leaving hundreds of thousands homeless. Much of the slaughter is carried out by American-made weapons, like the recent $735-million sale of bombs to Israel by the Biden Administration.
American taxpayers also provide Israel annually with billions of dollars in guaranteed loans (guaranteed by US taxpayers). In 2019, under President Trump, loans and military aid came to $11.5 billion (i.e., $32 million per day). President Biden is following suit, and evangelicals, as always, demand it. "God's Chosen" rules in America and in her churches.
